Employee of the Year.

On Tuesday August 25, 2015 Matthews Buses Florida named its' 2015 Employee of the Year, Deanne Martin.  Deanne has been with Matthews Buses Florida for 5 years.   Deanne is the voice of TEAM Matthews Florida as she is the main receptionist in Orlando.  Deanne being the true multi-tasker is so much more then the cheerful smiling person that greets you when you come into our building or on the phone.  She is also responsible for completing all the motor vehicle paperwork for over 700 vehicles annually and she performs numerous accounting related functions.  When Deanne interviewed with TEAM Matthews she explained what she did at her previous jobs "I did this this and this," and finished each description with "and whatever the owner needed."  Deanne brought her can do attitude to our team and still lives true to the " and whatever the owner needs" plan but in our case it really is whatever the TEAM needs done, Deanne "gets it done!"  Deanne is a complete TEAM player and is very valuable to everyone on the team.  Previous winners of the Bob and Justine, "Any Job Big Or Small Do It Right Or Not At All" Employee of the Year Award:  Donny Helm in 2012 (Mechanic),  Glen Provenzano 2013(Parts Manager),  Donna Matura 2014 (Mobile Service Manager).  Congratulations Deanne! This is well deserved!
