Matthews Bus Alliance - News and Events

Thank you Palm Beach County and St. Lucie County for becoming the newest Matthews Buses Florida Customers. St. Lucie County recently ordered 27 Thomas Saf-T-Liner C2 Buses and Palm Beach County ordered 40 Thomas Saf-T-Liner C2's. The Palm Beach Buses were quick delivery units and are being put into service in September 2015. Both districts chose to order the new Syntech 3 point harness child seats in their buses. Finally, Thank you to our existing customers for continuing to Choose Matthews. Did you know that Syntech Seating has a new stronger seat frame for the Thomas Seats. This square base frame utilizes a metal liner that is wrapped around the square frame and welded. See Picture Below. It really is amazing to visit the Thomas C2 Plant in High Point, NC. While there please visit Syntech Seating. Did you know that a tractor trailer full of seats leaves Syntech to the Thomas Plant every 2 hours.
